Strategic Vision and Aspiration for growth
The stakeholders of the Sparkle Multi Academy Trust after a successful induction of a new school into the trust are now keen to further share our skills and experience in order to improve the education of children at schools who would benefit from our guidance and leadership. As well as facilitating the improvement of educational outcomes for pupils at other schools we also believe that it would be beneficial to the continued development of our leaders and potential leaders at Orchards.
We have a full understanding of the accountability and responsibility for the performance of every school within the trust and have the capacity to provide a coherent structure and vision in order to achieve this outcome. We would look to incorporate schools into the trust systematically at a pace congruent to our own development as a trust.
The aims of the school/trust are best summed upped as ‘Being the best we can be’. In summary we aim to

Our distinctive ethos is driven by our unique ‘SPARKLE’ approach.
We will work with schools in the trust through a process of aligned autonomy that provides the balance between autonomy and high standards reviewed and adjusted in the light of evidence. We would ensure that any school within our trust has the advantage of access to our wonderful learning environment and facilities as well as the vast range of expertise across the curriculum including specialist teaching. We are committed to providing a broad and balanced curricular and extra-curricular provision that benchmarks the National Curriculum but is not restricted by it. Our leadership structure and approach is a well respected and proven model of school improvement that is fit for purpose to thrive with the expansion of the trust.
At this stage we would be looking to incorporate appropriate schools and build the multi academy trust concomitantly in future years to an established organisation providing high quality for provision for the children within it. We believe we have an achievable timeline for the development and execution of our growth strategy. The benefits of adopting Orchards Infant School has shown us the opportunities that have arisen from the growth of the Sparkle Vision
